With fully integrated Webb Automation powder filling system
will be refurbished and tooled to suit customer application
2 M long Infeed and 3M long outfeed slatband conveyors - can be extended or reduced to suit application
All contact parts 316 stainless steel
Container handling tooling parts can be manufactured to suit customers bottles / containers
Filling capability up to a maximum speed of around 80-120 / minute depending upon container shape and size and product
New container and powder tooling will be manufactured to suit application
Stainless steel dust extraction cowl over filling turret
Will be fully stripped, bearings replaced, fully serviced & re-painted. the system will then be rebuilt and tested with customers product & containers for FAT in our facilities prior to delivery
